The opening

Building maintenance
& renovation.

Help care for a historic building that’s still very much at work.

Our crew handles building repairs, renovation projects and everyday upkeep. The work ranges from framing and drywall to landscaping and snow removal, with a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks.

Experience in construction, carpentry, drywall or property maintenance is relevant here. Tell us what you’ve worked on and which jobs you can handle independently.

The work

Put your skills

  • Wood and metal-stud framing, installation and repairs.
  • Drywall installation, patching and related finishing work.
  • General building repairs and maintenance.
  • Landscaping, grass cutting and seasonal snow removal.
  • Safe tool use, material handling and keeping work areas organized.

What you bring

Experience.
Care in the work.

  • Relevant hands-on construction or maintenance experience.
  • The ability to use power tools safely and follow job instructions.
  • Clear communication about progress, questions and problems.
  • Care for the building, equipment and people working around you.
  • Valid driver’s license required, along with reliable transportation to work.

This is an active, physical role involving indoor and outdoor work. We’ll discuss the actual tasks and expectations with you.
